You will not find a better more complete dental practice as this one. Dr. Pamela Moore and Dr Anthony Onofreo are more than a degree, they are the most caring individuals I have ever found in this space. My patient experience has always been excellent, always being involved with all decisions. They are an amazing team.

In 2015, I retired as an endodontist in Middletown CT. Recently my dentist retired and having treated many of Dr Onofrio's patients, I decided to choose Middlesex Dental Associates as the new dental office for me and my wife. When my wife had both her upper central incisors in need of new crowns and I needed a crown on tooth # 2 we experienced first hand the remarkable care that Dr Onofrio puts into his work. I was truly amazed at how proficient and precise his work was. He shared with me the photos of the crowning procedure from start to finish. His preparations are textbook in form and he delivered the new Cerac crown to me in one visit. It was a thing of beauty. My wife is also very happy with the color and form of her new crowns. I can't recommend this office highly enough. Everyone is professional, competent, pleasant to deal with. If you need a dental office you should experience what caring, honest and competent professionals can do for your dental needs.

Lisa, the hygienist, does such a good job cleaning my teeth and (even more important!) noodging me to keep up with my daily cleaning routine, that my teeth and gums remain in pretty good shape even though I'm getting old. This practice is really focused on preventive care!

For many years I went to a different dentist. Last week I started having awful toothache and my dentist could not see me for few weeks. Seeing me in such a pain, my daughter called Dr. Onofreo and he fit me into his busy schedule. He fixed my my loose filling, which he determined was not properly bonded. While fixing that tooth, Dr. Onofreo also addressed another issue with another tooth. After this experience, I’m not going back to my old dentist. I can only trust Dr. Onofreo now. Thank you, Dr. Onofreo for being so responsive, kind, and professional!
